Overview
These stands are equipped with special two bolt speaker platform support arms to ensure that the speaker does not move. The stands also include a customized foot with access holes with cosmetic caps that make it much easier to level the stands using the included hex wrench spikes. Monitors can be placed exactly where they need to be in order to deliver pinpoint detail. The soundstage is spread out before the listener in an almost holographic panorama. A more full and accurate frequency response is achieved as an added bonus.
The Sound Anchor PhantomFocus™ Stands are designed to allow the engineer to have precise control over monitor placement for best sound. These stands allow very precise height adjustment of the monitors. The 14" x 17" bases and the uprights are filled and damped from the factory. PhantomFocus™ Stands offer a very solid, stable non-resonant support for your speakers. The speaker platforms are made of 1/4" thick aluminum. This reduces the amount of energy that gets transferred into the stand. Sound Anchor PhantomFocus™ Stands isolate the speakers from the console, each other and the floor which gives you a cleaner, more detailed and accurate sound.
The adjustable Sound Anchor PhantomFocus™ Stands are hand crafted in the USA. They are made of large section square steel tubing and aluminum plate. Sound Anchor PhantomFocus™ Stands have a welded construction, which makes them strong, rigid and stable. They are spiked at the floor to anchor your monitors in space. Special sorbothane pads are provided for use between the speaker and stand.
